  • Summary format for distributors.
  • Minimal format for publishers.
  • Enhanced format for publishers.

As well as the formats established by BookNet Canada:

  • Silver Format.
  • Gold Format.

The regular version of EXA Editor 1.8.1 is completely free of charge. With this program, you can:

  • Create new book files.

  • Convert files from one format to another.
  • Keep up to 1000 titles in the same file
  • Import flat files (tabulated or CSV - comma-separated value) and automatically convert them to ONIX standards.

Designed and written with the ONIX 2.1 standards of the BTLF integrated from the beginning, as well as having a check function and online file converter, EXA Editor is compatible with the following operating systems: Windows 98, Millenium, NT4, Windows 2000, Windows XP and Vista.

The EXA Editor Pro version, to be released soon, will allow you to work on more than 500000 titles in a client-server environment, so your company can edit your titles from several workstations simultaneously.

This Pro version will also allow you to capture images associated with your publicity and to transmit them directly with the ONIX file to the BTLF or BookNet Canada.

In addition, GPG-Solutions offers a data conversion service, changing your files to ONIX 2.1 format. We can even adapt the ONIX 2.1 format to meet your specific needs, while still remaining compatible with the BTLF and BookNet Canada formats.
